It's a mind game
The one that isn't played for fame.
Can you heart that?
The silence that screams at you.
If only you knew,
There is something you can do.
Silence is for an eternity,
Work with it for serenity.
You feel haunted,
Knowing you're being taunted.
It's playing with your heart,
The truth you should of said from the start.
Silence is the pain,
Holding you down like a chain.
It's there when you wake,
Waiting for it's chance to take,
The very best of you.
Do you know what to do?
It's a simple mind game

Well, I haven't written much...and I gotten another letter in from the place that published one of my other poems and I was to write a new one and send it in, and I wasn't really going to do it...but then my girlfriend said I should...and that I should write something dark...but I couldn't really think of anything dark... and then I remember the song Sober by Pink, how she said she hates the silence because it screams the truth...and I am hardly ever surrounded by silence because I don't like it...It kind of...scares me actually...so yeah....this is what came out of it....
